Material Informatics

With increasingly growing advances in computational material science, large databases of information about the processing, material properties and performance attributes are made available. The aggressive growth in the computer speeds enables the designers to search tons of material schemes in the processing-properties-performance envelop and identify those that hold the most promise for target functionalities. We use statistical and machine learning algorithms to analyze the material database and gain insights into chemical, physical and mechanical trends of materials that was unseen through state-of-the-art material design methods.

Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE)

We provide innovative nondestructive evaluation (NDE) solutions specific to our customer’s needs. We combine our simulation tools with experiments to verify our NDE solutions. Our team has 10 years of experience in developing necessary tools for our NDE systems, including acoustics, electromagnetic and signal processing methods. We are experienced in:

  1. Ultrasonic NDE
  2. Eddy-current NDE
  3. Thermal Imaging
  4. Computational NDE methods
  5. New instruments for remote sensing
  6. Data-driven NDE

Eddy current inspection system developed with Interlog and Argonne National Lab (ANL).
